Background & Business Experience

With over three decades of experience in business, Barry Lynch has built and operated multiple companies across different industries, including cleaning franchises (such as carpet cleaning), security services, retail, and franchise networks. His early entrepreneurial journey began in his youth, buying and reselling goods for profit, which later evolved into formal business ownership and franchise development across Ireland.

Throughout his career, he has navigated both significant business growth and major setbacks, experiences that later shaped his coaching philosophy around resilience, mindset, and personal transformation.

Barry is the founder of Paradigm Coaching and Systemise A Business, where he delivers life coaching, mindset coaching, and business coaching programs. His work is centered on the concept of “paradigms” deeply held beliefs and thought patterns that influence behaviour, decision-making, and outcomes.

His coaching approach focuses on helping clients shift limiting beliefs, improve self-image, set clear goals, and develop success-oriented habits to achieve both personal and professional growth.

He has drawn inspiration from well-known personal development thinkers such as Bob Proctor and Napoleon Hill, whose teachings on mindset and success principles have influenced his own methods.

Personal Journey & Turning Point

Barry has spoken openly about experiencing major personal and financial challenges during his career, including periods of business failure and emotional struggle. A pivotal moment in his life came when a personal family experience caused him to reassess his priorities and shift his focus toward health, relationships, and wellbeing alongside financial success.

Following this shift in perspective, he rebuilt his business success and expanded into global coaching, working with clients internationally.

Today, Barry operates from Dublin Ireland & Portugal, with an office listed on or near Capel Street, Dublin, Ireland. He continues to run coaching programs, speak at events, and work with individuals seeking to improve both their business performance and personal lives through mindset transformation and structured systems for success.
